What room types do you have? Double, Twin, Family, Wheelchair Accessible Double, Executive Double, Feature Room Double and Penthouse suite double. All bedrooms are non smoking.

How many people can stay in one room? 2 Adults or 2 adults and 2 children in the family rooms

Does the internet rate include breakfast? Depends on which rate is booked, we have breakfast inclusive rates and room only rates.  If you are unsure, please contact us at reservations@higlasgow.com or call 0141 352 8305 and we can check your booking for you.  Guests who have booked a room only rate can add breakfast on during their stay

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel? Check in at 14.00 check out 12.00

Do you provide a service for late check-out? Yes, available upon request, subject to availability

Do you have rooms with a bathtub? Yes except our accessible double room which have a walk in shower

Do you have a hotel restaurant? Yes, La Bonne Auberge - our french brasserie is open for our residents to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open to non-residents too.

What options for dining are there in the Hotel? We have a bar menu throughout the day. La Bonne Auberge brasserie is open for lunch and afternoon tea from 12pm and dinner from 5pm daily. We also offer a 24 hour room service menu.

Do I need to book for dinner? It is advisable to pre book your table.  This can be done on line at www.labonneauberge.co.uk or contact us direct on 0141 352 8310 or email restaurantmgr@higlasgow.com

Do you cater for special dietary requirements? Yes – Please advise in advance of your booking of any special dietary requirements

Is a special menu available for children? Yes a children’s menu is available for children under 12

Do you have 24 hour room service? Yes - selected dishes are available 24 hours

Can I connect my laptop in the room? Yes, WIFI is available throughout the hotel – if you are an IHG Rewards Club member you can get Free WIFI for the duration of your stay.  If you are not a member you can sign up to IHG Rewards Club for free at reception.
